Digital Art License

When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded files for your own personal use or, where applicable, your own business use. The specific product listing may include narrower or additional permissions; those listing terms control for that product.

Personal use means you may download, save, print, display, or adapt the product for your own private projects and enjoyment, subject to the restrictions below.

Unless a product listing expressly says it is for personal use only, you may use the finished output of the product in your own business, client work, marketing, or products you create.

This permission does not allow you to sell, license, distribute, or give away the original download, editable source material, or a substantially similar standalone version of it.

• Redistributing, sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or making the original files available to anyone else.
• Uploading the files to stock libraries, marketplaces, print-on-demand catalogs, membership libraries, or file-sharing services.
• Claiming the original artwork, design, template, prompts, or files as your own creation.
• Using the product to create a competing digital download, template, prompt pack, or resource that is substantially similar to the original.
• Removing copyright, trademark, attribution, or other ownership notices where they appear.
• Transferring your license or download access to another person, business, or client without written permission from the creator.

The creator retains all copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the original products, including any rights not explicitly granted in this license. Purchasing a download does not transfer ownership of those rights.

If you need team, resale, extended, or other permissions, contact the creator before using the product outside this license. The creator should review and adapt this template license for their specific products and jurisdiction.
